K-Pop

K-pop coverage from a Seoul-based writer — group introductions, album reviews, and the industry context outside the fan-cam bubble.

K-pop coverage online lives largely inside fandoms. We try to write for someone who likes Korean music but doesn't want to learn 40 group acronyms before they can read a review.

That means accessible introductions to current acts (BTS, BLACKPINK, NewJeans, IVE, aespa, LE SSERAFIM, Stray Kids, Seventeen, ATEEZ, TWICE, ENHYPEN) and the soloists shaping the scene (IU, Jungkook, Jennie, Lisa, Rosé). Album reviews focus on what the music is actually doing, with industry context — agency dynamics, charting realities, fan-cam culture — kept readable for newcomers.
